The 5th Annual Honey Do Auction, presented by the White Mountain Home Builders & Remodelers Association, will be held Saturday, May 7th beginning at 5:30 pm at the Red Jacket Mountainview Resort. The 4th annual 2010 Honey Do Auction generated $3,750 in donations to the MWV Habitat for Humanity, School to Career Construction Camp and scholarship money for the trades.

We need and value your support! Whether enrolling as Presenting Sponsor, Golden Hammer, Silver Saw, Rusty Nail, and/or donating an item or service for the Live Auction, our event could not succeed without the commitment of our sponsors. Your contributions bolster the ability of the WMHBRA to find qualified and competent builders, painters, remodelers, plumbers, electricians and other reputable professionals to donate a day of service -AKA the 'Honeys.'

How is this actually accomplished? Each 'Honey' professional is auctioned off to the highest bidder in need of services. We also secure numerous raffle and prize items from generous local donors which are then auctioned off to the highest bidder during our Live Auction.  Often our sponsors will donate an item or service to be auctioned off as well, increasing their exposure to potential customers.

Our goal - to increase the donation made from the WMHBRA to MWV Habitat for Humanity, continue the ongoing scholarships presented to local high school students, and to maintain our monthly educational programs offered to the builders and residents of the Mt. Washington Valley.
