The 4^th Annual Honey Do Auction, presented by the White Mountain Home Builders & Remodelers Association, will be held Saturday, May 1^st at the Cranmore Mountain Resort. The 3^rd annual 2008 Auction generated $4,400 in donations to the MWV Habitat for Humanity, School to Career Construction Camp and scholarship money for the trades.

 

We need and value your support! Whether enrolling as Presenting Sponsor, Golden Hammer, Silver Saw or Rusty Nail, our event could not succeed without the commitment of our sponsors. Your contributions bolster the ability of the WMHBRA to find qualified and competent builders, painters, remodelers, plumbers, electricians and other reputable professionals to donate a day of service—AKA the “Honey’s”.

 

How is this actually accomplished? Each “Honey” professional is auctioned off to the highest bidder in need of services. We also secure numerous raffle and prize items from generous local donors.

 

Also, this year, in addition to the Live Auction, the WMHBRA will be incorporating some fun activities for the guests, including a Build-A-Habitat contest.

 

Our goal – to continue to increase the donation made from the WMHBRA to MWV Habitat for Humanity, continue the ongoing scholarships, and to maintain our monthly educational programs offered to the builders and residents of the Mt. Washington Valley.
